Finally a good quality, broad spectrum, full alkaloids ethanol tincture made from raw Kanna. Most of the non-extracted Kanna on the market has been low quality for the last several years. So, finding a decent Kanna tincture has been difficult but UltraKanna came through! The tincture is more subtle and anxiolytic than the extracts. It has a different, more “whole” effect and a wider range of benefits coming from all the many different alkaloids working together. This is a great introduction to Kanna if you don’t where to start. Very easy to titrate your dose. For me it’s more invigorating when taken sublingually (I add a little water so the alcohol doesn’t burn my tongue) and more relaxing when ingested in a glass of water or tea (I do so on a completely empty stomach to get the best absorption). Personally, I like to add a little bit of extract on top of this to kick it up a notch and the combination has great synergy. It also helps me stretch my extracts further. But it works great on it’s own, as well. It’s also a great introduction to Kanna.
